Он даже посвятил ей раздел книги, опубликованной при поддержке Императорского Русского географического общества. А вот государственная борьба с производством и продажей опиума была довольно безуспешной. Об истории российской опиумной торговли и наркоэтнографическом труде Владимира Арсеньева рассказывает Владимир Веретенников.
