Title: Cмерть без паспорта: история «острова людоедов» времён советской паспортной кампании

Description: Сибирь с 16-го века служила для властей России и СССР местом ссылки. Туда отправляли уголовных и политических преступников. Ссыльных использовали для заселения неосвоенных районов Сибири, ограничивая их передвижения. С 19-го века сосланные на восток страны люди должны были заниматься обработкой земель: вести промысел или хозяйство. К началу 20-го века в Сибирь свезли до 300 тысяч человек, но количество поселенцев должно было сильно вырасти в тридцатых годах. Государственное политическое управление (ГПУ) поставило цель увеличить население Сибири на 3-5 миллионов человек в течение пяти лет. Частью этого плана стали переселенцы Назино, которых привели на «голый» остров посреди реки Обь на двух баржах. Их высадили на берег, не дав еды, инструментов и даже тёплой одежды. Это временное решение растянулось на три месяца и обернулось 4 тысячами погибших.
