Description: 26 марта Арбитражный суд Москвы отказался удовлетворить требование Росалкогольрегулирования и лишить лицензии одного из юрлиц, управляющих активами сети «Красное&Белое». За последние месяцы это уже не первый раз, когда второй из самых быстрорастущих российских ретейлеров оказался героем криминальной хроники. На прошлой неделе в Воронеже после жалобы местного жителя суд на 60 дней закрыл один из магазинов сети. Поводом стали якобы выявленные «многочисленные нарушения санитарных норм». В декабре силовики провели масштабные обыски в офисах компании. А в январе стало известно, что «Красное&Белое» объединяется с двумя другими крупными сетями — «Дикси» и «Бристолем».
