Title: «Как Aphex Twin нас услышал, я до сих пор не знаю». Молодой педагог из Петербурга организовал в ПНИ электронную группу. Теперь она выступает на Дворцовой и выпускает альбомы в Германии.

Description: Российскую систему психоневрологических интернатов называют современным ГУЛАГом для инвалидов и престарелых. В ПНИ содержатся больше 155 тысяч человек, многие из них проведут там всю жизнь; эти люди не получают необходимой медицинской помощи, их права и свободы нарушаются — в ПНИ происходят в том числе изнасилования и самоубийства. В то же время в интернатах работают сотрудники правозащитных и благотворительных организаций, которые пытаются сделать жизнь людей там хоть немного лучше. Один из них — 25-летний петербуржец Роман Можаров из организации «Перспективы» — уже четыре года ведет занятия в компьютерном классе в ПНИ № 3 в Петергофе. С людьми, живущими в этом ПНИ, Можаров создал электронную группу Build Your House Underground, которая сейчас выпускается на немецком лейбле и выступает на фестивалях на Дворцовой площади.
